Booking a Session
If you would like to book an appointment, please contact us at info@thepsychecounselling.com or by Phone/WhatsApp at (+65) 8183-8364. To facilitate your booking, please provide us with

your preferred date and time,
-
the format of the session (in-person or online), and
-
the length of the session (50 min standard, 80 min extended, or 15 min complimentary*).
We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know if your request can be accommodated, or if an alternative will be offered to proceed further (please allow a window of 48 hours).
*15 min complimentary sessions are only available online for new clients.

Please take note of some important conditions
Payments

All payments can be made in the form of PayNow to UEN 202341417R or bank transfer to DBS account No. 072-108923-8. Cash payment can be accepted for In-Person Sessions only.

For In-Person Sessions, payment can be made in advance or immediately after the session.

For Online Sessions, fees must be paid in advance no less than 24 hours before the scheduled online session.
Rescheduling and Cancellation

At least 24 hours of your scheduled time is required to reschedule or cancel your confirmed appointment.

Any request to change or cancel a confirmed appointment must be made by email info@thepsychecounselling.com or WhatsApp (+65) 8183 8364.

For In-Person Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee might be applied if any form of expenditure has been incurred (e.g. room rental).
Late Attendance

You are responsible for attending the sessions on time.

If you are late for your session by more than 20 minutes, this will be considered to be a non-refundable, no-show cancellation on your part.

The counsellor is not required under any circumstances to go beyond the arranged session finishing time. The session will be terminated at the end of the arranged time.
