Individual Sessions
1-to-1 counselling and therapy sessions face-to-face or on-line
Standard S$200.00
50 min session (in-person or online)
Extended S$300.00
80 min session (in-person or online, highly recommended for first session booking)
Surcharge for Outside Business Hours S$50.00
Additional fee for sessions scheduled on weekends, public holidays, or weekdays from 6:00pm to 9:00am
Complimentary Online Consultation FREE
15 min session limited to the first booking of a new client
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are not accepted. Any payments made towards such appointments will be non-refundable.
Rescheduling
To request a reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment, please contact us via email at info@thepsychecounselling.com or WhatsApp at (+65) 8183 8364. Acceptance of rescheduling requests is at the Counsellor’s discretion and subject to availability.
Cancellation & No-Show Fees
As per our Terms & Conditions, you will be liable for the full session fee if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment, or in the event of a no-show. Exceptions may be considered for documented medical emergencies at the Company's sole discretion.
Clinical Letters & Reports
Clinical Letters & Reports Administrative fees apply for the preparation of clinical letters or detailed medical reports requested for insurance reimbursement or third parties. Please allow a minimum of 10 working days for processing.
Discounted sessions are available to students, national servicemen, senior citizens and CHAS card holders upon request and verification.
