Individual Sessions

1-to-1 counselling and therapy sessions face-to-face or on-line

Packages

4x individual sessions face-to-face or on-line during business operating hours (weekdays from 9:00am to 6:00pm excluding public holidays). Sessions purchased in packages must be redeemed within 30 days from the date scheduled for the first session. These packages are designed to reduce in 10% the monthly costs for those individuals who are committed to their therapeutic process on a weekly basis.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Rescheduling requests or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not accepted. Any payments made towards such appointments will be non-refundable.

Rescheduling

For rescheduling an appointment at least 24 hours of a scheduled time, please make your request by contacting the Company by email at info@thepsychecounselling.com or WhatsApp at (+65) 8183 8364. It is ultimately your Counsellor’s decision whether to accept or decline the request, depending on whether they can accommodate a late change to their schedule.

Cancellation fee                                              S$50.00

You may be liable for a cancellation fee in the event you cancel your Session within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time and the Company has incurred any form of expenditure whether by prepaying the Counselling Premises, procurement of materials or otherwise.​​

Discounted sessions are available to students, national servicemen, senior citizens and CHAS card holders upon request and verification.
